MATCHING SOX PDF · ADD TEXT TO PDF

Add text to a PDF in your browser

Fill in a name, a date or a short note on a PDF that has no form fields. Choose Text or Date, click the page where the text should start and type. Pick a size from 6 to 72 points and any color. It is added in Helvetica on a new layer, and the document’s original wording is left exactly as it was.

Text added to a rotated page follows that page’s rotation. If a line lands in the wrong place, drag it to the right spot before you press Done. Up to ten recent changes can be undone in each session.

Questions

Can I edit the existing text in my PDF?

No. This tool adds new text on top of the page and does not change or remove text that is already there.

Text is added in Helvetica at any size from 6 to 72 points, in any color you pick.

How do I fix text placed in the wrong spot?

Drag it to the right spot. After you press Done, Undo last change removes it so you can place it again. Up to ten recent changes can be undone.
